Young AI Leaders Austria is youth-led and professionally run. We don't hand out titles. We give young builders, researchers and communicators the room, the resources and the responsibility to lead.
What we look for
Leadership starts with initiative.
We select for character and team fit as much as for skill. Capability, availability and responsibility are the floor, not the whole picture.

Viktor Loreth is an IT and AI entrepreneur focused on turning AI from strategy into operational reality. With a background in business informatics, software development, and AI consulting, he supports organizations in integrating AI effectively into their processes and operations.
